Oleh Bykh

Founder, Biologist, Project Manager

Graduate of the Faculty of Biology at Taras Shevchenko University in Kyiv, with a master's degree in Botany. Oleh has rich experience in the landscape architecture industry. He has worked as a design team member on large investment projects, including the reconstruction of the parking lot at Pyrzowice Airport (Katowice Airport) and the design of climate adaptation plans for various shopping galleries throughout Poland.
Oleh chose his profession at 14 when he enrolled in the biology program at the high school lyceum. He advocates for restoring natural ecosystems in urban environments, nature/ecosystem-based solutions, and an ecomorphic approach to design.

Anna Dudzińska

GIS Specialist

Ph.D. of Agricultural Science, GIS analysis specialist, graduate of postgraduate studies in "GIS" at the University of Gdańsk and "GIS, Photogrammetry, Remote Sensing in National Economy, National Defense, and Environmental Protection" at the Military University of Technology in Warsaw. Anna began her scientific activity by developing a landscape valorization method and currently focuses on the use of remote sensing in assessing environmental changes. She also directs her interest towards utilizing unmanned aerial vehicles for environmental research.
Anna has attended numerous courses, training sessions, and national and international conferences. She is the author of numerous publications on the use of GIS technology in landscape architecture and environmental protection.

Akim Kibnovskiy

ESG, Sustainable Development Expert

A highly skilled professional in the fields of sustainable development, ESG, and strategic management, Akim is an alumnus of Sciences Po Paris, where he studied subjects such as Sustainable Development Law. He is certified in GRI, TCFD, and CDP, and has successfully completed a certificate program at the UN Global Compact Academy titled "How to Understand and Take Action on Global Goals".

Katie Van Munster

Freelance GIS Specialist

GIS Specialist with a Master of Science degree in Environmental Science from Rochester Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Bennington College. Along with experience in research, biology, and conservation, Katie has a decade of experience with geospatial mapping and analysis, photogrammetry, and remote sensing. Some nature-related GIS projects have included: finding ideal conservation areas based on species distribution and a number of environmental factors, mapping watersheds and flooding, analyzing vegetation health with satellite imagery, and mapping wetland vegetation change over time.
Katie has been passionate about nature and wildlife since she was a child. She is an advocate for ecosystem regeneration and rewilding, sustainable infrastructure, and bringing human systems into harmony with nature.

Landscape architect

Landscape architect with a Master's degree in engineering from the Krakow University of Technology. Małgorzata has extensive experience in designing spaces for both private and public clients. Her technical knowledge and practical skills enable her to create solutions that are not only aesthetically pleasing but, above all, thoughtful and functional. She believes that landscape architecture should serve not only people but also nature. She is fascinated by the psychology of space and its impact on human well-being, which is why she designs places that positively influence mood.
The words of Roberto Burle Marx, "Landscape architecture is not only the art of composing plants and spaces; it is above all the art of composing a future for people and nature," perfectly capture the spirit of her work.
