Deep Eco is a boutique advisory and design studio focused on ecological intelligence for real estate and infrastructure. We believe that good business and ecological integrity go hand in hand. Our team combines science, design, and strategic ESG thinking to help you make informed, future-proof decisions.
Our Values
Evidence over opinion
Boutique attention over mass production
Long-term impact over short-term fix
Our efforts focus on addressing key environmental challenges while actively supporting global initiatives for sustainable development.
SDG 6: Clean Water and Sanitation
By assessing the impact of industry and urban areas on ecosystems, we promote sustainable water management practices that protect natural water reservoirs and support biodiversity.
SDG 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities
Our nature-based solutions and green infrastructure concepts help cities and the real estate sector reduce their negative impact on biodiversity, enhance urban resilience, and create healthier, more sustainable living environments.
SDG 13: Climate Action
Through biodiversity conservation and restoration strategies, along with nature-based solutions, we help mitigate the effects of climate change by restoring ecosystems that sequester carbon and strengthen climate resilience.
SDG 15: Life on Land
Deep Eco’s core mission is to halt biodiversity loss. We develop concrete strategies, policies, and restoration plans that protect, restore, and promote the sustainable use of terrestrial ecosystems, contributing to land degradation neutrality and supporting nature conservation efforts.
Founder & Team Leader
Oleh chose biology at 14 when he enrolled in a biology programme at a lyceum. Later he earned a master’s in Botany from Taras Shevchenko University in Kyiv. Oleh has worked as a design team member on large investment projects, including the reconstruction of the parking area at Pyrzowice Airport (Katowice Airport) and the design of climate adaptation plans for various real estate objects throughout Poland.
Oleh advocates for restoring natural ecosystems in urban environments, nature/ecosystem-based solutions, and an ecomorphic approach to design.
